Our Returns Policy

Celtic Jewellery Dublin makes every effort to ensure that the standard of product, packaging and customer care you receive is to the highest level.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,  items returned to Celtic Jewellery Dublin within 30 days of sale are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs), or an exchange to the value of the original piece.

Celtic Jewellery Dublin accepts the return of items for refund or exchange once they are returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Special Made-to-Order custom commissions are non-returnable.

All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
